Role Purpose

As the team leader you will be in charge of directing a team of Service Desk analysts, ensuring that incidents and requests are registered, monitored, resolved, and measured within the specified SLAs while adhering to ITIL principles. The Team Leader will be responsible for major event management and prompt resolution 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
