LaGuardia Airport will operate flights in New York City, United States. After JFK and Newark Airports, it will be New York City’s third commercial airport in terms of passenger flow.

LaGuardia International Airport is based on 3 terminals. Terminal C is the largest terminal at this airport.
Rest Room
Terminal A has 3 restrooms, one near gate 6 which is common for all but the other 2 are for separate genders. This restroom is designed for the departure level.
Terminal B contains 29 restrooms that is for men, women, and family. 2 are at the bus and shuttles level, 17 are at the baggage/gate, 7 are at the check-in/security and 3 are at the food and shop level.
Terminal C contains 41 restrooms typically containing more restrooms as compared to other terminals. 7 restrooms are allocated for the arrivals site, 18 at departures, 10 at the security level, and 6 at the Delta Sky Club.
Flight and General Airport Information
A welcome center is built at the arrivals level of each LaGuardia Airport terminal with dedicated staff for the Customer Care Representatives that are able to answer your queries and questions. They are spotted by their distinctive red jackets.
7 Flight information boards are located at terminal B. In which 2 are at the food and shop level, 4 are at check-in/security, and 1 at the baggage/gate.

Artificial Intelligence Remote Assistance (AIRA)
AIRA is a mobile application made for blind or low-vision customers to make their way with any person’s help and easily navigate independently with the assistance of a Live Remote ‘Agent’. You can download the application on your mobile and the Agent on the phone will assist you and know what is in front or near you with the use of the camera on your phone.
Baggage Claim and SmarteCartes
Terminal A contains 5 baggage-related facilities, where 3 are SmarteCartes and 1 is the area where passenger Claim their baggage. Spirit Airlines also provides baggage drop service in this terminal. Terminal B contains 28 different baggage handling services i.e., claiming, dropping, or delivering baggage, etc. Some spots are designated for specific airlines like Air Canada, Jet Blue, etc. Same to Terminals A and B C contains 6 specific areas where passenger claim or drop their baggage.

Terminal A has a total of 5 refreshment zones vending machines, Yankee Clipper, Dunkin Donuts, CIBO Express, and Salotto.
Terminals B and C contain 27-27 different refreshment points that include eatables and drinkable things.
Banks and ATM Service
The ATM service is only available to terminal B of the airport which is owned by the Bank of America. 6 ATMS are placed at different levels of the terminal. 1 at the bus and shuttles level, 3 at baggage/gates level 2, and levels 3-4 also have 1 ATM service.
Pet/ Service Animal Relief Area (SARA)
Pet/ Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) service is for the animals available at the terminals. Search for the pet relief symbol at the terminal in specifically designated areas and you can avail of the service.
For your pet’s safety, “pets should remain in their carriers at all times, except for certified service animals who are allowed throughout LaGuardia Airport”.

Service animal/pet relief areas are located in different security check zones at each terminal except terminal A.
Parking
A total of 4 parking facilities are given to the passengers of which 3 are at terminal A (all airline terminal shuttle, prepaid economy parking). The other 2 terminals have 1 each parking lot.

Aids to Circulation
A common practice in the airport is that they have to provide mechanized assistance where practical when walking distances exceed 1,500 feet (450 m). Three main methods are used of movement assistance at the airport:
- Buses—used to link unit terminals in multiterminal operations.
- Pedestrian walkways.
- Automatic people movers—used to make connections with remote piers, railway stations, or between terminals.
For the purpose of increasing mobility and facilitating circulation among the 3 terminals of the LaGuardia airport. The airport is providing a shuttle bus service in the vicinity that covers its terminals, parking lots, rental car facilities, and car service pick-up areas. Buses arrive every 10 minutes but this time frequency may vary depending upon the traffic conditions. The airport shuttle bus is operated 24 hours around the airport.
